Tastes like a Payday! Love it!
My son has Celiacs disease and we are always looking for snack ideas he can have as I don’t make much that he can’t. My other kids eat what he eats and they all will love this! Thank you so much!
I’m going to try these on my grandkids and let you know! We love corn chips and all that other stuff! I can’t have popcorn, so this may be an alternative to gooey Kettle corn.
I do this but I use corn flakes instead of fritos. Every time I make it people just love it.
a co-worker brought this in last week, I barely could keep away from it Very good!
I absolutely love this idea I tried it and it was a hit thanks so much!!!! It is good for being at home wanting and easy sweet snack and AMAZING for parties. Thanks 🙂
I use this same recipe but I do it over pop corn! It’s so good. Pop the pop corn while you dissolve the sugar on the stove and then toss it all in a bowl together. Sweet and salty. Can’t wait to try with the Frito’s!
Love, Love, Love! I will slightly cut back and add 3/4 cup of syrup, p butter and sugar instead of 1 cup, next. Or…. add 1/2 bag more Fritos, yeah…..that is what I will do! Great snack!
They are great. I grew up with a similar version, except with SpecialK cereal, and not quite as gooey. The salty Fritos and the chocolate drizzle was a fun variation. I added vanilla to your recipe.
Oh what a fun idea! My hubby loves fritos, so I for sure need to try this recipe:-) So happy I found your post on Pinterest! Take care, Terra
I made these yesterday. We love them! They are crunchy, salty & sweet & so easy to make. If you refrigerate them they get really hard.
I made these last night, and my husband *loved* them. I melted half chocolate chips, half butterscotch chips and poured over the top of the peanut butter mixture.
Ignore Cheyenne. You’re supposed to teach your kids to not overeat & TO EXERCISE. These are delicious ~ THANKS for sharing!
I’m in the cornflakes camp. My college roommate got me started on these. It’s my crack! Now I’m gonna have to try it with corn chips! My thighs hate you! 😉
Thanks for creating a gluten free treat for us Celiacs! So many of the fun party and holiday concoctions are off limits for us. This will be a fun one to make and experiment with.
