ICING WAS REALLY REALLY SOFT…TOO SOFT, SO I ADDED ANOTHER CUP OF POWDERED SUGAR AND STILL WAS TOO SOFT… FROZE THE CAKE LAYERS, AND KEPT ICING IN FRIDGE… ICED CAKE AND AS IT CAME UP TO ROOM TEMP…TOO SOFT.. SO JUST KEPT CAKE IN FRIDGE ALL THE TIME… WAS VERY TASTY..JUST WAY TOO SOFT
