Here are the Spaghetti Alfredo Ingredients
This recipe is prepared in 3 separate steps before combined into a baking dish and finished off in the oven.
First step: Red Sauce
● 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
● 1 pound sausage or ground beef
● garlic powder
● onion powder
● Italian seasoning
● Salt and pepper to taste
Second step: Alfredo Sauce
● 1 stick of butter
● heavy cream
● shredded parmesan
● mozzarella
● minced garlic
● black pepper
● salt
Third Step: spaghetti
- Cook the spaghetti as directed on the package
- Drain and set aside
Here’s How to put it all together
Red Sauce:
● Brown the sausage or ground beef in a large skillet. When fully cooked, drain the grease
and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
● Add the jar of spaghetti sauce and heat on medium heat.
Spaghetti:
● Boil the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Alfredo Sauce:
● In a large skillet or pan, heat butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1
to 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
● Let heavy cream reduce and cook for a couple of minutes. Add 1 cup of the parmesan
cheese to the mixture and whisk until smooth and the cheese is melted. Add salt and
pepper.
Assembly:
1. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
2. Add strained noodles to the dish
3. Top with the alfredo sauce, making sure all noodles are coated.
4. Next evenly spread red meat sauce over the top of the noodles.
5. Top the whole dish with Mozzarella and the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake the Spaghetti Alfredo at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until the cheese is
melted and the dish is bubbly.

- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan divided
- 2 cups mozzarella
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 16 oz spaghetti
