  1. A coffee cake is usually a cake with cinnamon or something that you eat with coffee. Some people dunk it into the coffee if it is dense enough. Sometimes they are flavored with coffee especially in Britain.. but in the US.. not so much.

  2. Looks yum…….but……is it just me but……How can a “coffee” cake not have coffee in it????????

  3. I was surprised with the name of it, we in tse UK call a cake coffee cake when we put coffee in the cake and not for coffee time if you see what I mean. My husband didnt like it warm as he felt there wasnt much flavour so he has put it in the fridge and will let me know tomorrow if he likes it or not. I liked the cake but I think it is too sugary.

  4. Where is the “print” button. Maybe I missed something, but can’t find it. Do not want all pictures, just the recipe. Thanks

  5. Would love to print this, but don’t see the option. I definitely don’t need all the pictures. Any help?

  7. I have used this exact recipe for about 20 years–it is the best!!
When I’m short on time, I have baked it right after mixing without the overnight refrigeration. It turned out fine.
