These corn chip and peanut butter no bake cookies is one of those crazy recipes I just had to give a try. My friend calls these gooey peanut butter flavored Fritos, Kookie Cookies.

My friend Alice shared these super simple peanut butter no bakes with me and I loved them. It is kinda kookie to put corn chips in cookies,  but it is oh so delicious.

With only four ingredients these peanut butter no bakes come together easily and you don’t even need to turn on the oven. In minutes you have a delicious treat!  Be sure to not boil more than a minute. You want these cookies gooey like caramel. YUM!

How to make Corn Chip and Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

Spread corn chips in a greased 15 in x 10 in by 1 in baking pan.

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently to help dissolve the sugar.  Boil 1 minute, no longer. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Pour over corn chips.

These taste a little bit like peanut butter cornflake cookies nut have that more salty sweet combo!

Peanut Butter and Corn Chip No Bake Cookies

Only four ingredients to these simple yet delicious cookies.  I have heard them called Kookie Cookies!

Ingredients  

  • 1 corn chips 9.75 to 10.5 ounce bag
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions
