2. Foldable Nylon Bag

Chica and Jo studied the features they liked from Baggu and Envirosax shopping bags and incorporated some of those ideas to sew a fold-up reusable shopping bag in ripstop nylon. Ripstop fabric is lightweight and super durable, and thin enough to allow the bag to fold up into a nice little bundle. The name “ripstop” refers to the tiny grid of strong threads that run through the fabric so that if the fabric ever tears, the tear will stop at the next thread it reaches.
