Here is what you need:
- color printer (files can also be emailed to a local copy shop for printing)
- scissors
- white cardstock
- clear fishing line, ribbon or twine for stringing letters
- small hole punch
- tape or thumb tacks for hanging

How to Make Happy New Year Banner
- Download the PDF.
- Print the free printable banner letters in color on shiny card stock for the perfect party decor for the New Year. I emailed the files to my local copy shop to do this. You don’t have to though, print at home if you like.
- Cut out the letters.
- Punch holes across the top and place the letters on the fishing line.
- Use thumbtacks or tape to fasten the fishing line to the wall.
