Really...baby food peaches? Never would have thought it but sure am going to try it! Fresh fruits are so expensive I can hardly afford them so I can't buy them often but love the fruit breads and muffins. If this works...you have me addicted to baby food fruits for my baking! Thanks!

I have a carrot cake recipe that uses baby food carrots that I've used for over 30 years. It's still the best carrot cake that I've ever had, but in all those years I never thought of using baby food in other recipes. I can't wait to try this!
