Peach Bread Recipe

This peach bread is a sweet moist delicious treat.  We love peaches and when they are out of season this quick bread recipe has a secret ingredient that can be found year-round, even if peaches can’t be.

  • Bread pan


  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 4 Jars Peach Baby Food
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts Optional


  • In mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil, baby peaches and vanilla until blended. Next add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Mix until just combined. 
  • Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
