I think these paper witch shoes are quite possibly the cutest party favor box ever! What a great Halloween craft. Really they can be changed up for any occasion making a party extra special.

These paper shoes designed by designer Ellen Hutson are simple to make and so cute.  I made witch shoes because I was having a lunch to celebrate three friends birthdays the week of Halloween.

I think they would be fun with pretty paper for a little girls princess party, a bridesmaid luncheon or girls lunch. I can even see them done in red glitter for a Wizard of Oz party.

I filled the shoes with chocoIate and set them on the center of the plate. It made the table look really festive.

To make your own paper shoes download the templates. Trace around the templates onto cardstock for the shoe and onto paper for the lining.  Score all dotted lines with a bone folder.  I used glue stick  to put the shoe together.  Miniature clothes pins worked wonderfully to hold the shoes together while drying. Embellish the shoes to fit your party theme.

  3. does any one have the pattern i can have in jpf format,,,I cannot downlaod the pdf files ,,the witch shoe is very pretty,,,would like to make them for a bridal shower in white and lace

  4. I’m love these and I’m making about 20 for my sisters Bridal Shower, I have about 4 to go. When you go to a craft store, I suggest finding a paper you like that has a nice pattern ON BOTH SIDES. This will eliminate the need for the inner soul pattern all together. Also, the paper with a pattern on both sides is more sturdy. It cuts the time in half. They are adorable. I’m using elmer’s glue.

  5. thank you for posting these, I love them , Ive been looking for this pattern for a long time now. see mine on my blog. again thank you so much for the templates. Rose

  8. Thank you! my dd is having cinderella bday party and I couldn’t find a shoe invitation, now I have 🙂

  9. Thank you for this pattern. I have just completed cutting out 160 of these cuties using my Cricket machine! Michele from Scrapping Table was so wonderful to help me get this in the right format so I could get this done quickly. We will be using them at a ladies’ meeting in the fall. Instead of using the liner, we will be stuffing a small bit of tissue paper inside the shoe and adding nail polish, lip stick or etc. The theme of the meeting is “Walking With the Lord” so these shoes are so appropriate! Again thanks for sharing.
