This peanut butter cream cheese pie has the perfect flavor balance of sweetness from the sugar and salt from the peanut butter so it’s great for those who have a sweet tooth but also crave savory foods too.

No Bake Peanut butter Pie Ingredients

You will need to make this pie recipe:

  • 8-ounce cream cheese
  • white granulated sugar (my recipe is different than most I don’t use powdered sugar also called confectioner’s sugar)
  • creamy peanut butter
  • vanilla extract
  • 1 container (16 oz tub) Whipped Topping (like cool whip)
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • peanut butter cups for garnish (optional)
  • chocolate syrup for garnish (optional)
  • spray whipped topping for garnish (optional – or reserve a small amount from the pie and place in a pastry bag fitted with a 1M tip)
  • chopped peanuts might also be a nice garnish

How to Make a Graham Cracker Crust

Of course, a storebought crust is easiest but if you would like to make your own homemade crust you will need these ingredients.

  • 1 ½ cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended. Press mixture into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate

Bake at 375 degrees F for 7 minutes. Cool

HOW TO MAKE a No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together with an electric mixer.cream cheese and sugar in bowl with mixer

  3. Add in about 1/3 whipped topping and mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the remaining whipped topping with a large rubber spatula until completely blended.fold in cool whip

Serving and Storage Recipe Tips

This pie is also delicious frozen if you would like to make a frozen peanut butter pie. You can keep it in the freezer and just let it sit out for a few minutes before serving the pie.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie is a delicious quick and easy dessert that only needs a premade graham cracker crust and 5 ingredients
Prep Time 10 minutes
Chilling 3 hours

Ingredients  

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 16 oz tub Whipped Topping like Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust store bought or homemade

Instructions 

  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together with electric mixer.
  • Add thepeanut butter and mix well.
  • Add in about 1/3 whipped topping and mix well.
  • Gently fold in remaining whipped topping with a large rubber spatula until completely blended.
  • Fill the pie crust with the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for about three hours before serving.
  • Before serving garnish with whipped cream, peanut butter cups and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Notes

For Homemade Graham Cracker Crust
1 1⁄2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1⁄3 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine until well blended .
Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool.
