This Kansas Caviar is perfect for tailgating! It is a hearty dip that is great for gluten free and vegetarian eaters. I love the tangy marinade. It is super easy to make and you don’t have to worry about keeping it hot or cold during your party!

Kansas Caviar

1 can garbanzo beans
1 can red beans
1 can yellow hominy
1 can black eyed peas
1 can original Rotel
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 cup Wishbone Zesty Italian dressing

Drain beans, hominy and black eyed peas. (I place them all in a large strainer and give them a rinse).  Pour everything into a large bowl add chopped onions and undrained can of Rotel. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Serve with corn chip or tortilla scoops.

If you want something a bit more decadent Vidalia Onion dip is a rich and cheesy option. If you like something on the spicy side Buffalo Dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser! How about something sweet? Guests can’t say no to Monster Cookie Dough Dip!
