Download the pdf and 🖨️ print out the signs on a standard sheet of white cardstock.
Cut out the pennants and flags. Wrap the edge of the sign around a wooden skewer or dowel and secure it with tape or a glue stick.
Find a container, or gift basket, and fill it with Halloween goodies, candy, and treats to make a spooktacular boo gift. I have great luck finding small toys and treats at the Dollar Store. Use the flags to decorate your boo buckets.
