There are two versions, one has a gift tab top in case you would like to punch a hole and attach the tag to a package. The other version works great when using a glue dot.

What is a Squishy fidget toy?

If you are a newbie to the Squishy scene, here’s a little backstory. In the 2003 movie Finding Nemo, Dory first introduced us to Squishy. Remember the jellyfish she became fascinated with? “I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine!” As you may recall, Dory received an unpleasant zap from her friend, so fast forward to 2011.

Introduced in Japan in 2011, the squishy quickly gained popularity with both children and adults due to its universal visual and tactile appeal. In 2017, they toys became popular in the US as communities of squishy fans and collectors sought out the mini toys.

Stress balls, fidget toys and now mochi animals are popular stress relief toys allowing anyone who picks one up to feel better after they give it a good squeeze. Food themed and animal themed toys are flying off the shelves and into the hands of collectors world wide!

Where to Buy Squishies

I am always on the lookout for non- candy Valentine treats and I found these at my local Dollar Store. According to a quick search online, squishies party favors are also available at Walmart, on eBay, and Walgreens. Look in the party favors or Happy Valentine’s Day section.
