Here is What You Need to Make Cake Mix Snicker Doodle Cookies

Forget a long list of ingredients! For these snickerdoodle cake mix cookies, you only need a few items and you probably already have these in your panty.

  • Classic Yellow Cake Mix
  • Oil
  • Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

How to Make Snickerdoodle Cookies… the EASY way!

Simply mix together one classic yellow cake mix with 1/4 cup oil and two eggs. Yes, it really is that simple and only takes minutes. Next, roll dough into balls, about one inch.  In a small bowl mix together 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoon sugar. Roll balls into the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place balls on a cookie sheet and slightly flatten balls with the bottom of a glass. Bake and enjoy! This really is the most simple snickerdoodle recipe.

TIP: Be sure to not overbake if you love your cookies soft.

Cake Mix Snickerdoodle Cookies

These delicious cookies start with a cake mix! Soft and delicious cookies made in minutes.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 8 minutes

Ingredients  

  • 1 Yellow Duncan Hines Cake Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 3 TBSP Sugar

Instructions 

  • Mix together one classic yellow cake mix with 1/4 cup oil and two eggs.
  • Form into about one inch balls.  
  • Mix together 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoon sugar. 
  • Roll balls into cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Place balls on a cookie sheet and slightly flatten balls with the bottom of a glass.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Enjoy!

  2. These are the BEST snickerdoodles I have ever had. Actually, they are the best cookies I have ever had. It is so easy to do!!! I have made them twice this week. (I have a snickerdoodle weakness) Everyone try these now!

  3. I make the best soft pumpkin cookies ever an so easy!!!! 1 yellow cake (mix only) an 1 spice cake mix (mix only) add 1 large can of pumpkin! Mix well chocolate chips an nuts optional. bake at 350 for about 12 minutes! these are so soft an good!

  5. Try Red Velvet Crinkles, one of my favorites. Red Velvet cake mix, 6 Tbs melted butter(cooled), and 2 eggs. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar then bake. So good!

  6. I just made these and they are great! Very easy. However, 8 minutes wasn’t long enough… I did about 12 at 350
