Easy Snickerdoodle Recipe

    Posted by  ·  March 12, 2013

This snickerdoodle recipe is super simple and quick because it is made from a cake mix. I guess I have a thing for  cake mix recipes.  I noticed some of my go to recipes start with a cake mix, like….  cake mix sugar cookies , double chocolate chip cake mix cookies , best homemade ice cream sandwiches and pumpkin muffins. Do you have an easy cake mix recipe? Please share it in the comments. I would love to give it a try!

This recipe is right on the side of a Duncan Hines cake mix box.  Mix together one classic yellow cake mix with 1/4 cup oil and two eggs. Form into about one inch balls.  Mix together 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 3 tablespoon sugar. Roll balls into cinnamon and sugar mixture.Place balls on cookie sheet and slightly flatten balls with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Enjoy!

This easy banana bread is another family favorite recipe. What’s your favorite cake mix recipe?

Take packaged peanut butter cookie mix - or any peanut butter cookie dough.
Take mini snickers bars - unwrap . form dough ball around it. Bake as directed.
When cool drizzle chocolate over top. Really good.

These were delicious- and so easy!! Had all the ingredients in my pantry and didn't have to leave home to get my snickerdoodle fix, which was an added bonus!

My favorite are the funfetti cookies: one box of funfetti cake mix, 1/3 cup of oil, two eggs, and a jar of your favorite frosting to top them off when they cool down!

These are so quick to whip up. They taste so good, better than any other recipe I have ever tried!! They have a great texture with a lightly crunchy outside and soft inside. My husband is raving over them and wants to know when I am making more.

Try Red Velvet Crinkles, one of my favorites. Red Velvet cake mix, 6 Tbs melted butter(cooled), and 2 eggs. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar then bake. So good!

Thanks Katie, my cookies were on the small size and wondered if they were larger if they would need to be cooked longer.
