Easy Pumpkin Bars
This recipe serves a huge crowd because you make it in a sheet cake pan. You can even double it for really large groups. Get your kids involved, they can easily help make this one! This would be perfect to serve at any fall gathering, especially if you love pumpkin! It’s a favorite fall dessert.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 3 Ounces Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 Cup Softened Butter
- 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- Milk to taste
- I mix with my hand mixer on high till thick and fluffy.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1 16 ounce Pumpkin
- 1 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/4 Tsp Cloves
- Mix Together, pour on sheet cake pan.
- Bake 350 degrees 20 minutes
- Be sure to cool before frosting (it will melt). Cut into squares.
