Easy Pressure Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup
Pressure Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup is another allergy friendly pressure cooker recipe. Depending on the toppings you choose this soup is dairy free, gluten free and soy free. Be careful when selecting enchilada sauce and chicken broth. Not all brands are gluten and dairy free. This soup is super easy. All the ingredients can be thrown into the pressure cooker (I love my Instant Pot) for a delicious meal ready in minutes. For more instant pot recipes try this easy chili recipe.
