We host a breakfast before our Fourth of July Parade every year. It is a chance for us to get together and put the finishing touches on our parade float. I am always trying to think of fun festive touches! This year I am placing wooden cutlery and a napkin in a striped bag embellished with a star.

Cut stars on 8 1/2″ X 11″ red cardstock.

Place napkin and cutlery in bag and tie on a star. You have a quick and useful way to make a festive table for the Fourth of July!
