Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

3/4 Cup butter
1 Cup peanut butter
1/4 Cup baking cocoa
2 1/2 Cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Combine butter and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave and stir. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Line an 8″ or 9″ square pan with plastic wrap. Press fudge into pan. Use a piece of plastic wrap on top of the fudge to make the pressing in the pan easier. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces. This fudge is not overly sweet!

  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Line a 8" or 9" square pan with plastic wrap. Press fudge into pan.
  • Use a piece of plastic wrap on the top of the fudge to make the pressing in the pan easier.
  • Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces when ready to serve.
