Combine butter and peanut butter in large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove from microwave and stir. Microwave for another minute.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Line a 8" or 9" square pan with plastic wrap. Press fudge into pan.
Use a piece of plastic wrap on the top of the fudge to make the pressing in the pan easier.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces when ready to serve.
