Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 2.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine butter and peanut butter in large microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Carefully remove from microwave and stir. Microwave for another minute.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Line a 8" or 9" square pan with plastic wrap. Press fudge into pan.
  • Use a piece of plastic wrap on the top of the fudge to make the pressing in the pan easier.
  • Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces when ready to serve.
