Looking for beautiful unique toys and activities to help build your child’s imagination? Sarah, of Imagine Childhood can help us out!

Sarah writes……
A year ago, my family and I started talking about how hard it was to find good quality gifts for kids, which quickly turned into a conversation about each of our favorite toys and memories from childhood. After a while we realized that our fondest memories, whether from growing up in the 60s or twenty years later in the 80s, were of time spent exploring and imagining. That’s why we started imaginechildhood.com, a website that offers high quality durable toys, tools, and activities that encourage outdoor exploration, creativity, and imagination.
Today we are giving away a $35 gift certificate to our store!ย All you have to do to enter is take a trip over to the shop and tell us what your favorite item is in the comments for this post.
We would also like to offer a 15% discount for all Skip to my Lou readers for the duration of the Giveaway.ย You have until this coming Sunday night at midnight to leave a comment.ย The winner will be chosen by random number and will be announced a couple of days later!

To redeem your discount Just enter the codeย SKIP at the time of checkout.ย Discount expires 03/23/09.

I love the tree house! It reminds me of Swiss Family Robinson! I also like the rock crayons! Neat idea.
It is so hard to choose just one item that is my fav. That being said I’ll tell you my top two..Plant Dyed Watercolor Paints by Artemis my 5 year old is a budding artist and my walls sport the look and the beautiful play silks, who wouldn’t want to dance in their colors!
I love the Natural Wood Treehouse and the Arctic Hare.
I have to say, I love the tree blocks. They look like I just went out and collected them with my son. In fact, we just might do that! Thanks for a great giveaway…
They all look great, but I too like the tree house and I would really love the garden kits! I’m going to have to get some of those.
I love all of the wooden kits. Whether it’s the tree house, the doll house furniture or the wooden building blocks or math kit. They are all spectacular.
I love the art table and i know my girls would too…my 2.5 yr old is so into art and this would be perfect for her
Two favorites: Tipi and art table. If I win I think I’ll splurge and go for the tipi!
