Hello! We are the gals from HowDoesShe and we are so excited to be a apart of this awesome Teacher Appreciation series!
Our children’s teachers give so much of their time, talents, and energy for our children to succeed, so why not give them a little something to show your appreciation for their work?
Make a date with your child and customize a cute clipboard together for their awesome teacher!
Here’s how:
CUTE & CUSTOM CLIPBOARD TUTORIAL
1. Choose your paper. Cut around the clip ‘thing’ at the top.
2. Smear Mod Podge ALL over the board. Try not to get it on the clip, but around it!
3. Place your paper on and squish it. {Click for 10 steps to perfect mod podging.}
4. I wanted to make it a tad more fancy and add a ribbon. I used the crop-a-dile and punched a hole in it. Funny thing about that…my daughters were helping me make these clip boards and were in awe that mommy was strong enough to punch a hole through ‘wood’…it’s chip board (I didn’t tell them).
5. Now to choose which ones to give to which teachers! 🙂
6. Pair this up with some paper, pens and a card and you’ve got a cute present for a wonderful teacher!

How fun to dress up a plain clip board. Same idea as above. Our preschool teachers carry around clip boards for sign in and out, making notes on student activity etc. This would be so cute. Thanks for sharing the idea.

This would be great for the teachers in my girls’ lives, but also for my girls! I’d put magnets on the back so that I could display four of them on the refrigerator, and each girl would have a place to show off artwork without having it look like an absolute mess. 🙂

Definitely going to have to make some of these! Thanks for sharing!

This is such a good idea for all of my little girl’s teachers. When I sign her out at the end of the day, they are each carrying around a clipboard with the sign-out list…This would be much cuter than the plain brown one!
