I am in love with these Rolo Pencil Teacher Thank You Gifts! The best part they are made with a free printable to make it super easy! I could see putting these in the teacher mailboxes at your school for a sweet surprise! My daughter is super excited to take one to her teacher during Teacher Appreciation Week. It is coming up the first full week of May. Of course, don’t forget to celebrate May Day first! It is one of our most favorite holidays!
Rolo Pencil Teacher Thank You Gifts
Each page makes three pencils. Download the printable. Print in color on regular copy paper. Cut out all the pieces. Sorry, I tried to find a circle punch that would work for the circle top, but I couldn’t.
Wrap the yellow paper around the Rolo candy and secure with glue stick. Not all Rolos are the exact same length! No worries you can slightly press on the ends to make it fit. Use a glue stick to place the pink circle on the top end. Use a glue dot or hot glue to secure the Hershey’s kiss to the bottom end. How easy was that!

Thank you for this awesome free printable! I made some for my son’s teacher and they turned out great! I put all three in an apple shaped mug…so cute! Wish I could share a pic of it!

Did you get my message the other day? I LOVE the rolo pencil idea, but since I am a teacher the saying won’t work for me. I would love an editable version or just a blank pencil would work too. I need it soon because I would like to use it this week for students at Back to School Night! Would it be possible for you to send me a blank copy via email or make it available on the website? Thank you in advance!

I was just wondering after reading the comments if you ever made an editable version of the Rolo pencil, or even a blank version would be awesome. I teach school and would love to use this as a favor for my students at back to school night next week. I have done something similar with paper piecing, but this is so much cuter and would be sooo much easier! I am hoping you have, because I would need it soon. I have searched your website and can’t find it. If possible, would you be willing to email it to me as soon as possible. Thanks a million! P.S. I love your stuff!

These ideas are awesome for Teacher appreciation. I sub teach so I’m not deserving of a gift.

Do you have an editable template so the phrase can be changed?
Cindy says
Kyle, not yet but working on it.

Your rolo printable wasn’t long enough! I had to create my own but yours looked so much cuter…I wish I didn’t have to!
Cindy says
When you are printing make sure you are not choosing fit to page. Uncheck that box or choose no scaling. Fit to page printing makes the printables smaller.

I LOVE your creativity! Do you have an editable rolo pencil page? I want to make these for my students to celebrate their writing. Thanks for your consideration. 🙂

I have never done this, but from what I understand, if you upload any doc to Google Docs, you can convert to a non PDF. 🙂 Good Luck!

Hello M. Woodson, I have another version I am posting next week. Stay tuned. Also, I am working on it so you can edit it.
