Wishing you a Happy Easter!

We made a chocolate Eater Bunny to greet all of our friends. If you would like to tackle this really simple project I have a free downloadable pattern. As usual Lowe’s is my go to store for all my building suplies.

Here is my drawing if you want to make one.

Chocolate Bunny Template

Enlarge the template to the size bunny you want.  Our bunnies were each 30 inches tall.

Cut the bunny out of 3/4 inch thick MDF board. Sand the edges smooth and attach it to a diamond shape base by pre-drilling holes (to keep it from splitting) and then counter sinking the screws.  We gave the bunny a nice chocolate brown coat of spray paint.

  1. Love, love this bunny! What is the exact name brand and color of the spray paint you used? It is such a perfect color for the bunny and I would like to make one just like it! I really like the shape of the bunny base as well. Great job! Thanks for sharing!
