One of the most meaningful end of year teacher gifts is something made by the students. This end of school memory printable gives each child a page to write down a favorite memory from the year.

Gather all the pages together and you have a simple, heartfelt memory book the teacher can keep forever. This is especially lovely as a class gift because it is personal, inexpensive, and something no gift card can replicate.
This free Teacher Appreciation planner pack also includes a memory page template for kids to fill out and assemble into a darling memory book for their teacher. It is such a sweet way to let every child share a favorite memory and help create a keepsake their teacher will treasure.
Teacher Coloring Pages Kids Can Make
If you want a gift your child can help make, teacher coloring pages are a sweet and simple idea. Kids can color a page, write their teacherโs name, and add a little note or memory. It is easy, inexpensive, and feels personal.
These teacher coloring pages work especially well for the end of the school year:

These pages are perfect on their own, or you can tuck one into a gift bag, attach it to a gift card, or include it with a class memory book. Teachers love seeing something made by their students, and this is such an easy way for kids to say thank you.

A summer-themed teacher gift is perfect for the end of the school year. It feels cheerful, useful, and easy to put together. You can keep it simple with one item or make a small summer relaxation kit.
For a quick gift, roll up a colorful beach towel, tie it with ribbon or twine, and add a printable tag. The โSoak Up the Sunโ and โGoodbye Lesson Plans, Hello Suntanโ tags from the teacher end of year gift tags post work perfectly.

Cookies, Candy, or a Bakery Treat
A small treat is always a welcome teacher gift. Homemade cookies, a bakery box, a bag of candy, or a gift card to a local bakery all work well.
A โThanks for making me one smart cookieโ tag makes even a simple bag of store-bought cookies feel thoughtful and personal.

Flowers or a Plant
Fresh flowers are a cheerful, no-fail way to say thank you. A bouquet in a mason jar, a small potted succulent, an herb plant, or a garden center gift card can all make a teacher feel appreciated.
A Thank you for helping me grow plant stake makes a beautiful display and comes together quickly. Just print the free printable, attach it to a wooden skewer or floral pick, and tuck it into a pot of flowers or a plant. It makes a big statement with very little effort.

Add a sweet tag that says, โIf teachers were flowers, Iโd pick you,โ and you have a simple gift that feels bright and personal.

Handwritten Note from Your Child
This is the one teachers keep. A handwritten note where your child shares a favorite memory, something they learned, or one thing they loved about their teacher is more meaningful than almost any gift you can buy.
Use a printable card or this simple thank you for being a great teacher stationery to make it feel special. Add it to any gift on this list, or let it stand beautifully on its own.

These are so cute! And just the type of thing I like to do for our kids teachers. And remember the specials teachers are teachers too (PE, art, music, library, tech) ๐
There’s one card that doesn’t quite make sense to me. “Donut what we would have done without you.” Shouldn’t that be “Donut know what we would have done without you” ?
As my son is wrapping up pre-school heading to kindergarten, this is the best I have found in mid-summer gift giving. I am going to put little pots together for his 5 teachers to pick from as they say goodbye with these darling cards with a variety of gifts to their liking. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much, Tania! I will add this to the post. I do try to make all my printables here print to actual size. I am so sorry it messed up your paper and the waste. You must have been so frustrated.
NOTE – make sure your printer is set to “actual size” or these will default print at “fit” and you’ll end up like me (printing, cutting and gluing 15 of them on expensive cardstock from a store 40 minutes from home, that are then slightly too small to fit the gift card in.)
Jeeeez, adorable! Actually we’re looking for something cute for our teacher. And it has to be still nice and useful. Last year we bought her star from heaven from Kingdom of universe, and she really admired that! just now we want something useful. Thanks for ideas!
These are SO cute!!! Love the idea of just using it as a gift tag too
