Chicken Tacos

  • 2 pounds skinless chicken breasts cut into large chunks
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup water


  1. When you are ready to cook place the frozen contents from the bag into the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Add 1/2 cup water to the instant pot and cook on high pressure for 18 mins. Allow 5-10 min natural release. Allowing time for natural release helps make the meat tender. If it is not frozen cook for 12 mins high pressure.
