- 2 Cups whole wheat flour
- 8 ounces sweet potato puree or sweet potato baby food can use pumpkin puree or pumpkin baby food, too
- 1 tbsp water, if needed
Combine 2 Cups whole wheat flour and 8 ounces of puree or baby food in a large bowl. Stir until combined. Add 1 tablespoon of water if mixture is too dry and crumbly.
Using whole wheat flour, turn out dough on a floured surface and roll to 1/2 inch thickness.
Using a bone-shaped cookie cutter, press out biscuits and place on a prepared baking tray. I use parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the moisture is cooked out. These biscuits do not have preservatives and will not keep long, especially if not fully cooked.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 6 days.
