Candied Pecans
Candied pecans are the perfect addition to any salad or dessert and make a great gift too.

- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lb. large pecan halves
- ½ c. white sugar
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add vanilla. Mix well with pecans.
In a separate bowl, combine sugars, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour sugar mixture over pecans and stir well.
Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour. Stirring about every 15 minutes Enjoy!
