Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz can of pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 sleeve ritz type crackers crushed (round buttery crackers about 30 crackers)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease an 8-inch square or 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine sugar and flour. Stir in pineapple and grated cheese. Toss well to combine.
  • Crush crackers and coat with melted butter. Evenly pour over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for about 30-45 mins at 350 until golden brown and bubbly.
  • A wonderful side dish for ham.
