Dairy Free Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

cup
raw, unsalted cashews
soaked for at least 30 minutes a couple of hours is better)

tbsp
red wine vinegar
1
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
2
tsp
honey or maple syrup
1/2
cup
water
1
clove
garlic or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4
tsp
yellow mustard
(dijon or spicy brown also works)
1/4
tsp
paprika
1
tbsp
dried Italian seasoning
1/2
tsp
kosher salt
1/4
tsp
pepper
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blenduntil completely smooth. (like a magic bullet)
Chill and then enjoy over salad.
Notes
If you did not soak your cashews the dressing might thicken, Just add
water to thin it.
