  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp red gel food coloring
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with nonstick spray then line it with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the long side of the dish to easily remove brownies.
  • Lightly spray paper once the pan is lined.
  • In a bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until pale and frothy. Beat until the color has lightened, this will dissolve the sugar and create the brownie’s crinkly top.
  • Stir in melted butter, vanilla extract, food coloring, and vinegar until combined.
  • Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, until combined. Do not overmix.
  • Fold in 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
  • Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
