Herbed Butter Cheese Spread Recipe

- 2 - 8 ounce pkg of cream cheese softened
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
For Rolling Logs
- Finely diced herbs parsley and or chives
- Crushed pepper
Mix cream cheese, butter, Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix, and parmesan together.
Form into two (or 3) logs, Divide herb cheese butter and place onto a piece of plastic wrap. You want it to be in one line, about 4-5 inches long and 2 inches across.
Wrap and roll the plastic wrap around the butter, forming it into a log.
Chill until solid.
Roll one log in freshly crushed pepper or fresh herbs. Place on board with sliced bread, crackers, and pretzels.
