OREO® Chocolate Pie

- 40 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies divided (about 40)
- ¼ cup butter or margarine melted
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 4 serving size 3.9-ounce size
- 8 ounces COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Finely crush 24 of the cookies; mix with butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and up the side of the 9-inch pie plate.
Pour milk into a large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. The mixture will be thick.
Gently stir 1/2 of the whipped topping into the chocolate pudding; spread over the crust.
Chop 10 cookies and stir into the remaining whipped topping. Spread over pie.
Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top to garnish. Whole Oreos and plain whipped topping can also be used to garnish.
Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
