A Moscow Mule is one of my favorite cocktail recipes. It is a light and refreshing citrus drink. If you love lime, vodka and a hint of ginger you will love a Moscow Mule. They are typically served in a copper mug. The copper mug gives them flair and I think keeps them super cold.

Moscow Mule Recipe

Prep Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 half lime
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 4 to 6 ounces ginger beer , Goslings or Cock'n Bull

Instructions

  • Fill copper mug with ice. Pour in about 2 ounces of vodka.Squeeze in half of lime and then drop it in mug. Fill the mug up with the ginger beer. I typically use 1/2 the can of ginger beer if using Goslings (these are the small cans). Cock'n Bull are larger bottles. Give it a stir and enjoy!
