Here is a great Vegetarian recipe. Slow Cooker Black Bean Enchildas

Slow Cooker Beef Fajitas  Cut time in this recipe by buying a bag of frozen bell pepper strips, all the work is done for you. I would just throw them in frozen(they come mixed red, green, yellow and some even have the onions)

I love this Taco Soup Recipe (One I have actually used as a regular).

Grilling? One of my go to recipes for summer is my Crock Pot Baked Potatoes.  They come out perfect every time!

and just had to throw in one more.  How about slow cooker Mississippi pot roast recipe! YUM!

    I LOVE my crock pot(s), in fact I love it so much that it's going on vacation with me this fall. I've been collecting a few easy recipes for the trip and these will make a nice addition to the menu, and will be a welcome thing to come home to after all day at the amusement parks.
