DIY Halloween Treat Bags & Silhouette Portrait Promo & Giveaway

    Posted by  ·  September 4, 2013

I had fun playing around with the new Silhouette Stamping Starter kit. It was super easy to create my very own rubber stamps! So cool! I made these Halloween favor bags. Are you already thinking about Halloween?

Trick or Treat Spider favor bag

I found the image on the Silhouette site and then added the type. Place the stamp material on the new special cutting mat and it cuts like a dream. This was what was left after I removed all my letters and spider.

trick or treat spider bag step 1

Place the letters in reverse on the clear plastic block included in the stamping starter kit.

I love that you can look through the block and see exactly what you are stamping. It makes it super easy to place the stamp where you want it on your surface.

Ink the stamp with the included ink and stamp on a kraft treat bag.

Tada….It was super easy to create an original stamp and make these favor bags.
