I really enjoy canning! If you find yourself with a bunch of apples give this Homemade Apple Pie Filling in a Jar a try! It was great having it on hand to make a quick dessert or when I needed a last minute gift! I am getting ready to make it again this year!

  1. I have had a terrible time with the Apple Pie Filling not wanting to seal. I have used new jars,lids and rings. I went by the processing instructions completely. I had to process several of my jars of filling twice. Do you have any idea what the problem could be?
