I love this cookie gift idea because it is inexpensive but thoughtful. Simply make your favorite cookie or pick some up from a bakery and attach the tag. It will certainly let your teacher know how much you appreciate them!

Print on any printer and then cut with scissors and make hole with a punch. Wrap cookies in a clear plastic box (found here) or cellophane bag.
