- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 can beer
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Stir together self-rising flour, beer and sugar.
Pour into loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, remove from oven and split the top.
Pour the butter over the bread.
Bake another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
