Ingredients

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 16 oz tub Whipped Topping like Cool Whip
  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust store bought or homemade

Instructions

  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together with electric mixer.
  • Add thepeanut butter and mix well.
  • Add in about 1/3 whipped topping and mix well.
  • Gently fold in remaining whipped topping with a large rubber spatula until completely blended.
  • Fill the pie crust with the peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for about three hours before serving.
  • Before serving garnish with whipped cream, peanut butter cups and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Notes

For Homemade Graham Cracker Crust
1 1⁄2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs
1⁄3 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine until well blended .
Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool.
