Irish Coffee Recipe
A sweet and creamy coffee with the a slight taste of alchol from the Irish Whiskey. A nice soothing after dinner coffee.

- 1 1/2 Cups Coffee
- 1 to 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Irish Whiskey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Pour hot coffee in a mug, add the brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
Stir in Irish whiskey.
Beat heavy cream until lightly thickened.
Top the coffee with Irish whiskey stirred in with the thickened heavy cream. Pour the thickened heavy cream gently over the back of a spoon to help the cream float rather than sink into the coffee mixture.
