1 PoundBoneless, skinless chicken thighs (frozen or thawed)
1tbspChili Powder
1 1/2tspCumin
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2 tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1/4tspOregano
1canGreen Chilis (4 ounces)
1canRotel
2tbspLime Juice
Instructions
Place chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place remaining ingredients through lime juice in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Once cooked, shred chicken with two forks.
Serve chicken over tortilla chips and top with your favorite toppings.
