Peach Bread Recipe
This peach bread is a sweet moist delicious treat. We love peaches and when they are out of season this quick bread recipe has a secret ingredient that can be found year-round, even if peaches can’t be.

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 4 Jars Peach Baby Food
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts Optional
In mixing bowl, mix sugar, eggs, oil, baby peaches and vanilla until blended. Next add in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
Pour into two loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
