Frozen Tumbleweeds

Equipment

  • 3 Half gallon buckets

Ingredients

  • 1 Tub vanilla ice cream 1 5qt tub softened
  • 2 1/2 Cups Coffee liqueur
  • 2 1/2 Cups Creme de cacao

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a huge bowl. I used a handheld electric mixer. Fill the buckets and now you are ready to label.
  • Put a label on the top telling what is in the bucket and that it needs to be kept in the freezer and must be stirred before serving.

Notes

Makes 8 eight ounces servings.
