- 1 Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 Small Pkg Lemon Jello
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup water
Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
Mix all ingredients well. Place batter in a 6 cup bundt pan or a 9"X13" pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Make the simple glaze by combining the 2 cups of powdered sugar and 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 1 to 1 1/2 lemons).
Pour lemon glaze over the baked cake while it is still hot.
