Ingredients
1 3/4cupsflour
3/4cupsugar
1tspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
1/2cupvegetable oilor melted butter
1/2cupplain yogurtI have used vanilla flavored in a pinch
1egg
1tsp.vanilla extract
3ripe bananas mashed
3/4cupchocolate chips
Instructions
Combine oil, yogurt, egg, vanilla, and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well. Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt all at once. Stir until just moistened. Fold in mashed bananas and chocolate chips. Pour into large loaf pan (or two smaller). Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes (less if you are making smaller loaves).
Notes
You will notice frozen bananas give off some liquid when they are thawing, I just stir them all up and put them in the batter.
