- 24 baking cups
- 16 oz Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 1 package
- 16 oz cream cheese 2 8 oz packages at room temperature
- 14 oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 21 oz can of Cherry Pie Filling
Preheat oven to 325° F
Paper-line 24 muffin cups
Cut each square of dough in half. (if 12 large in pkg) normally it is 24 pieces
Place one piece of dough in each muffin cup.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookie has spread to the edge of the cup.
Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until smooth.
Spoon about 3 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over each cookie in a cup.
Bake for an additional 15 to 18 minutes or until set.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Top each with a level tablespoon of pie filling
