Equipment

  • 1 Loaf Pan

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/4 cup butter melted

Instructions

  • Stir together self-rising flour, beer and sugar.
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, remove from oven and split the top.
  • Pour the butter over the bread.
  • Bake another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
